We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Customers who wish to return an unused product that still contains the factory seal will be eligible for a full refund. Customers who wish to return a used product may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the conditions and order quantity.
To initiate a return, email us at support@resolvixlabs.com with your order number, reason for return, along with a picture and description of the current state of the product. Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@resolvixlabs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. While we are not directly responsible for carrier-induced damages, we value our customers' satisfaction and address these on a case-by-case basis. Once we are notified, we can work towards a solution that may involve a refund, complimentary replacement, or some other solution.
