Order Process

You will receive email confirmation upon ordering. If you place an order on an item out of stock, you will not be charged until inventory is back in stock and availible for fulfillment.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. 

Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Customers who wish to return an unused product that still contains the factory seal will be eligible for a full refund. Customers who wish to return a used product may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the conditions and order quantity.

To initiate a return, email us at support@resolvixlabs.com with your order number, reason for return, along with a picture and description of the current state of the product. Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@resolvixlabs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. While we are not directly responsible for carrier-induced damages, we value our customers' satisfaction and address these on a case-by-case basis. Once we are notified, we can work towards a solution that may involve a refund, complimentary replacement, or some other solution.

 

Is there free shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.

 

We also offer FREE shipping on apparel such as our T-shirt.

Stock up or bundle different products together to save on shipping. For orders under $99, shipping rates vary based on order weight. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders submitted before 2pm are processed and fulfilled the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders submitted after 2pm are fulfilled and processed the next business day. Standard carrier shipping times apply, ranging from 1-5 business days depending on the carrier and shipping address.

Orders on products that are out of stock will not be charged until inventory is back in stock and fulfillment on backorders begins. You will be notified once your order has been fulfilled.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@resolvixlabs.com if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
